The lower grill inserts from SilverHorse Racing are designed for a quick, snap-in installation, yet are designed to not only finish the appearance of your Mustang’s front end but also protect the radiator, condenser, and auxiliary intercoolers from large impact debris while driving or competing. These pieces were developed in conjunction with SEMA’s Technology Transfer Program, and have been tested to 120+MPH. These pieces can also be riveted or glued into position for even more protection for your expensive engine cooling components. Fits GT & Bullitt ONLY!! Will NOT fit the GT/CS (please see P.N. S197-200-CS if you own a California Special).

Nice fit & really finishes the front end of my ’08 GT. The thing that takes the longest is making sure the existing parts are clean, the just pop in these Lower Grill Inserts — takes about 5 minutes total.

Really provides a finished look and fits well enough so it appears as one piece with the side pieces. Grilles snapped right into place with no problems (although one edge didn’t seem to really “catch” on mine … but its still snug enough). This is the look that should have come from the factory.

Excellent product! Looks factory, and finishes off the front end nicely! Snaps in securely and protects the oil cooler fins. I recommend this for any GT owner.
